What the setup fee pays for, once.

The annual subscription runs the assistant. The one off setup is the work that makes it accurate from day one, so it is never a guessing chatbot. None of it asks for technical work from your team.

We build your knowledge base

We extract and structure the content your assistant needs from your website and other sources such as the prospectus and policies. You spend roughly 30 minutes on a call.

We brand and place it

Your name, colours, tone of voice, and a placement that drives real conversation volume. We tell you honestly if it should sit elsewhere.

Edge cases, tone and the safeguarding escalation path are all shaken out with your team before a single parent sees it.

Buying for a group of schools?

Multi academy trusts and school groups do not pay per school off the rack. We negotiate a flat trust rate or a group rate that reflects the number of sites, shared knowledge bases and central reporting. Premier level features extend across the group, with a single point of contact for your central team.

Pricing, answered.

Are there really no per message charges?
Correct. You pay one annual subscription and the assistant handles unlimited conversations. Your bill does not move because you had a busy open day week.
What does the setup fee actually cover?
Building and structuring your knowledge base, branding and placing the widget, and testing it with your team, including the safeguarding escalation path, before go live. It is a one off, charged at the start.
Can we add languages later?
Yes. Essentials includes two languages of your choice, Professional includes four, and Premier supports up to twenty. You can move up a tier at any point.
What about integrating with our MIS?
MIS integration is available as an optional extra. We can push enquiries straight into your MIS and pull information directly from it, so they land where your admissions and front office teams already work. Premier supports multiple MIS endpoints and bespoke integration, and additional endpoints carry a charge we quote up front.
Is there a long term contract?
No long term lock in. It is a simple annual subscription, and we would rather earn the renewal than tie you into a multi year contract.
How quickly can we go live?
About ten working days end to end. If your website team needs to coordinate around term, we work to your calendar.
