How we handle your data

The dull answer is the reassuring one. Here's what happens to the data that flows through your assistant.

Hosted in the EU

Your data and the assistant's processing stay within EU infrastructure. Locations and providers are named in the sub-processor list.

Never used for training

Conversations are never fed back into model training, ours or any third party's. This is a contractual term, not a setting.

Retained only as agreed

Conversation data is kept for the retention period set in your DPA and then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Children's Code first

Because most users are families, the assistant is designed to the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code from the ground up, not retrofitted.

Where is our data stored?
Within UK and EU infrastructure. The exact providers and locations are listed in the sub-processor document inside the Trust Centre.
Will our conversations train an AI model?
No. It's contractually prohibited in every agreement we sign, for school, parent and alumni data alike.
Can our DPO amend the DPA?
Yes. The standard DPA is a starting point. Bespoke DPA terms and direct DPO liaison are included at Premier, and we'll always work with your data protection lead.
What happens to data if we leave?
It's deleted at the end of the retention period set in your DPA, and you can request earlier deletion at any time.
How do we raise a security question?
